Infrared sauna: heat designed for relaxation

The sauna has long been associated with a moment of rest and relaxation. The infrared sauna diffuses progressive heat within the cabin; some people choose it as a peaceful interlude, alone or in addition to a massage.

Wellness installation

From September 1st, 2023, GONG Paris is equipped with a Canadian wood infrared sauna. This installation is exclusively dedicated to wellness and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not constitute a therapeutic treatment.

The cabin

  • Full-spectrum emitters, placed at the back and calf level, contribute to a uniform heat distribution within the cabin.
  • Two carbon heaters help to quickly warm up the space and regain a sense of enveloping warmth.
  • A complete underfloor heating system completes the installation.

Before entering the cabin

It is useful to hydrate, pay attention to sensations and exit the cabin when discomfort appears. The sauna is not suitable for all situations. In case of pregnancy, health issues, treatment, recent injury, heightened sensitivity to heat or doubt, seek advice from your healthcare professional before booking.

These instructions do not replace medical advice and the list of situations requiring caution depends on each person. The GONG team can answer practical questions about the session, but does not provide medical advice.

A warm break in the 15th

The infrared sauna presents itself simply: a progressive heat, a short pause and a rhythm that allows the body to slow down. It can complete a massage break without imposing a heavy program.
