Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases and bookings made with LES INSTITUTS PARISIENS SAS, operating the GONG Paris institute.

GONG Paris provides wellbeing treatments. They are not medical, paramedical, physiotherapy or osteopathy services.

Prices are shown in euros including applicable taxes. Bookings are confirmed according to the conditions displayed at the time of booking. Late arrival may reduce the treatment duration without automatic price reduction.

Gift cards are digital and sent by email. Their validity and conditions of use are those displayed at purchase or on the gift card itself.

Online payments may be processed through a secure provider such as Stripe. GONG Paris does not store full bank card details.

For distance purchases of gift cards, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right under applicable law. If the gift card or service is used, in whole or in part, before the end of that period at the customer's request, the refund may be reduced or no longer apply to the part already performed.
